I don't know...it makes her look pretty bad that she can't seem to anser "yes' or "no". this would go a lot faster if she would stop trying to be difficult.

It just seems to me that ALV cannot answer a straight question.

15 minutes on whether or not she was a 'keynote speaker' should have been a quick NO. Not the way ALV is answering all JM questions.

She can't evaluate Jodi, no test's nothing. She is a marriage counselor. So the best she can do was talk to her and teach her that she was a battered woman, and used Snow White as she was a battered woman. Plain and simple. The jury see's she in not being cooperative at all.

That's just it, she is answering honestly. He's trying to claim one thing and she's not going with him. He's the prosecutor, supposed to illicit the answers he wants, but he's too wrapped up in demeaning her.

I respectfully disagree ... I think she is showing the jury she has something to hide by playing her cat and mouse game with JM ... I think the jury would get more frustrated with her ... I know I am ... : )

I think it is very calculated actually, no written report means you can make it up as you go along....if the story needs some tweeking, tweek away...

Not looking good for her "expert" testimony.
And she does seem just like JA....ramble without acknowledging anything...YUP, seems to me that the only way she cannot point to JA as an abuser stalker is to DENY her own Continuum that she did not just use it but she "thinks it"

Her license wasn't revoked. She just got a different license, I think after more education. Someone she worked with got HIS license revoked, is how it went, I think.

I hope the juror is noticing the similarity in how Jodi answers JM's questions and how ALV answers his questions.

If I were a juror, the question I would ask would be:

Did you teach Jodi how to "answer" the prosecutor's questions, or did she teach you?

She looks like she watched Jodi's testimony, or was VERY coached by the DT, esp after the Samuels debacle.

Everything is too wordy. JM is too wordy at times, but the more verbal diarrhea that ALV has, the less I listen to her and the less I can pay attention and the more I decide that she doesn't know more than a hill of beans and the more I want Jodi to get the death penalty and the more I want to give up this trial BUT I'M ADDICTED!

But he is right about not being able to 'see' non verbal communication if you are just reading the written word.

How many times have you sent someone a text or email and they have not really "gotten" what you meant but something you really didn't MEAN?

I don't think he's trying to demean her ... I think he's trying to discredit her and prove her to be incredible ...
