Her license wasn't revoked. She just got a different license, I think after more education. Someone she worked with got HIS license revoked, is how it went, I think.
She looks like she watched Jodi's testimony, or was VERY coached by the DT, esp after the Samuels debacle.

But he is right about not being able to 'see' non verbal communication if you are just reading the written word.

How many times have you sent someone a text or email and they have not really "gotten" what you meant but something you really didn't MEAN?

How many times does that happen on the DIS every day?

That's just it, she is answering honestly. He's trying to claim one thing and she's not going with him. He's the prosecutor, supposed to illicit the answers he wants, but he's too wrapped up in demeaning her.

No, she is trying not to admit that she really has no idea if Travis was abusive or not. Bottom line is JM is trying to make the point and she is not answering directly.

She is speculating that he was abusive due to her continuum. Of course now that piece of evidence is no longer a big deal now that she is on cross.

Everything is too wordy. JM is too wordy at times, but the more verbal diarrhea that ALV has, the less I listen to her and the less I can pay attention and the more I decide that she doesn't know more than a hill of beans and the more I want Jodi to get the death penalty and the more I want to give up this trial BUT I'M ADDICTED!

I can see your point with JM from time to time, but not all the time. You seem to have an insider's mind on how the court system works and how DT and prosecutors work. Most of us don't have that advantage, nor does the jury (I'd assume), so I can see how there would be different perspectives.

I also realize that some things that JM asks of ALV aren't black and white and may need a bit more explaining, but there are very, very few things that she won't answer directly when it would be that simple. She lost me with her smug attitude on first day of cross. I'd think she would want to come across as a likeable person, one who cooperates because that is more likely to get the people to listen and actually hear your words.

Saturday we were at Neiman Marcus LAST CALL, its their outlet and he bought a pair of $300.00 Cole Haan's for $90.00!!! They look awesome.

ALV sold herself to the DT for $250 an hour of the taxpayer's money. JM is getting the taxpayer's money's worth by questioning her.

She sold herself, now she pays the consequences.
