I wouldn't either, but when she said that on Thurs then perhaps she should have reviewed the dates. She should have known he would ask something like that..... But then, she is not a very good "expert" witness.

I hope the juror is noticing the similarity in how Jodi answers JM's questions and how ALV answers his questions.

If I were a juror, the question I would ask would be:

Did you teach Jodi how to "answer" the prosecutor's questions, or did she teach you?
