I bet Nurmi is trying to get this recent identity theft case/arrest in to make it look like it was Travis. If so, he is even bigger scum than I thought.

That would really be a blow to the defense. Here , just beg your client to throw herself on the mercy of the court. The defense only has 2 witness' left. I think " Mr. Juanderful " has more credibility of proof.

Someone posted this yesterday, I think Mare. There is a JA Support website that states Travis is a criminal. Well the Riverside Cty Sheriff has confirmed TODAY it was Dennis Alexander. Not sure if that is a brother or some relative of Travis'.

Travis Alexander is not a criminal. That Support JA website is dumb and stupid.

I think JM is going to prove that the 3rd purchase was for gas. I could be wrong but I going to guess the gas stations have a way to show if she purchased gas or other items on that 3rd debit.

Nurmi could wait to see if Martinez produces any evidence that he somewhat insinuated he had (didn't he ask Jodi if she'd be surprised that WalMart had no record of her return?)

And I'd certainly request that the State produce evidence they lead the jury to believe they have.

Martinez needs to prove this was a premeditated murder, I hope someone produces that gas can and gas purchases receipt and ties them to premeditation although I'm not sure why she'd buy 3 cans of gas in Salt Lake City AFTER killing Travis.

Hey All. Once again a great read with all your updates, information and just plain LAUGHS! What a great thread!!
I would think JM would have the info he needs already regarding that 3rd can purchase etc....I mean its that old saying, Never ask a question that you dont know the answer too.....and especially with JA, fabrications fall out of her mouth like drool.....imho.............

I am looking forward to JM's experts and his impact on UNdoing the alleged Defense experts that will be up soon. That jury has got to be shaking their heads with the compounded lies so the momentum to just plow thu it all and have JM remind them over and over about her planning, cover ups and continued fabrications with the Impact again of how he was slaughtered like a piece of trash...(to use her word)..

SO I had an MD appt and was in the waiting room and there was a PEOPLE Mag, not sure of the week or month but there was an article on JA and the trial.

Is it true (as the article states) JA and TA only dated 5 months?

Why did I think it was over a year from early 2006 to mid 2007? Then TA broke it off in 2007 and she killed him a year after their break up in June 2008.

Just wondering if anyone has the EXACT dates? THANKS.

Yep 5 months. Thats it. But supposedly a friends with benefits arrangements since pretty much day 1. I don't believe her stories about before her baptism or the day of. Personally, I think converting was one step closer. He wasn't as easy to get in the bedroom kwim, but when he did he was willing for sure.
