I agree. I don't think it's fair to have the judge do that, but quite honestly, she doesn't do much of anything. Maybe that's her big thing...proudly announcing lunch and the end of the day.

Just because Jodi is crying???? She's on trial for murder and they're talking about the MURDER...of course Jodi is going to cry, real or not. So let's give the murderer some time to compose herself, and let's cut off the prosecutor? Ridiculous!

So if JM goes at her hard with the whole 2 minute murder, and it upsets Jodes, is the judge going to call it off earlier today? Seems to be the thing.

Then of course there's always those pesky migraines to delay things.

And you forgot her announcing the afternoon break! ... Can't forget that one ... Oh, and asking the lawyers to approach ... She seems to like to do that too ...

I think calling lunch when she did was a travesty of justice ... ok, maybe it wasn't that bad ... But it totally sucked ...

I'm going to scream bloody murder (no pun intended) if court gets called off for the rest of the day because of Jodi.

Looking at a replay now...they look normal to me...well-kept, but no professional manicure. Maybe that nice new boyfriend of hers sneaked in a file for her.

I think that the Judge was wrong.

Jodi created all this herself, no one told her to do it. She is going to have to get through it. She chose to testify. She probably wishes she had not done so now. She has 15 minutes to get it together. Her attorneys need to tell her she has to finish. All that cockiness and every thing else has gone out the window.

My thoughts exactly. Judge should've at least made her answer the one question before breaking for lunch. Her and her lawyers have had time to come up with a answer. That or she'll have a memory lapse again saying she don't remember EXACTLY where she was standing when she took the pictures.

I think her attorneys better worry about this part of the testimony. Because Juan may get into the time line from one picture to the next and how it could not happen in that short time. How long does it take to stab 29 times alone?
