Incentives are up. From a quick look for the main incentive, Riviera got better and Poly got worse.

Edit: Riviera at 150 pts with Magical beginnings is actually a decent deal for the current price. If there's another visa/AP incentive it's not a bad deal.

So I could save...about $172 by waiting a month and a half. Eh...doesn't feel worth it but worth considering!

Welp, going to have to buy RIV direct - that 150 price is good. As soon as my Poly check comes in - plenty of time to grab in Sept for my Oct use year.

Possibly, we’re looking at a gradual burn instead of a fire sale at Riviera

Interesting - if they let you do magical beginnings you could get 150 points from 215 down to 171.67 (assuming D23 holds).

Hm - then AKL would be about $600 more than Riv at 150 points, but you keep the points. So the choice would be spend an extra $600, get AKL as the home resort, an extra 150 points since no magical beginnings and you keep those points, no resale restrictions, or get the Riv. It is tempting, moreso than SSR was.

I wouldn't personally do AKL at those prices as resale isn't heavily restricted as Riviera and the resale price difference is significant vs direct.
