They never have court on Fridays, I'm sure it's because they're busy with other judicial duties or at least I'd like to think so.


I was just wondering if the defense will try to use Arizona's botched execution as part of it's argument against giving Jodi the death penalty.

I forgot court is blacked out on Friday's. You never know, they may use. Anything is possible.

NOTE: THIS IS FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT. Not sure why they posted it unless to show what COULD be the differences between the two sentences in Arizona, altho I'm sure there can be huge differences from state to state. If nothing else it's food for thought.
