The judge did not change the date of opening statements. She's asked the attorneys to try to schedule interviews early next week. They are checking with the witness's availability.

Court has resumed in Arias's penalty phase retrial. Nurmi just asked that openings be pushed back one day to Oct. 21 because defense attorney Willmott will be traveling over the previous weekend to interview a witness. Martinez objects.

The judge announced this morning that there are 26, not 27 (as I had counted) potential jurors who made the cut yesterday. It's possible someone was excused though not in open court. Willmott is now questioning the first panel of 5 jurors

No , the frog is still out of order as I got sick from something yesterday. So hopefully tomorrow I will feel better to have them come look at it. What did she do? I still do not see a video of that issue. You got it if I see something you don't I will post it. I am trying to figure out what to eat that is easy on my tummy. any suggestions?
