I shot out of bed because I had almost forgotten. Now I guess we wait ... hopefully for very good news! When I read the Disney Visa offer it did say 25% off certain moderates AND ask about great deals on ticket packages. So I'm got everything crossed for 25% off my May stay at CSR and then I just may buy a few tickets if the price is that good.
I also just called and was told their computer/reservation system is completely down, with no ETA. The CM suggested I try back in a "couple of hours". Or tonight. Or tomorrow. I'll keep trying sooner than that, of course, but I wanted to get this call completed BEFORE my co-workers were here - got up & came in to the office mega-early just so I could have that privacy.
OH dear!! Poor thing - both of you! My DH, who is NEVER sick, woke up with similar issues. He takes our DH to school on the way to work, which meant I had to (no worries I work from home). BUT that meant I couldn't call until I got back home around 720am and something told me to check here first!
SO sorry so many called with issues. Seems like the "system" has had major hiccups the last few days and it seemed to get worse?
Well they can now "view" your reservation, but can't make changes and can't book new reservations ... someone else post an update when you can. These are expensive calls
