Is there an "official" name for those new purses with the beads? PICTURES ADDED !!

Some of them have old timey ladies on them or cowgirls....they all have sequins or beads. Please tell me Mississippi isn't the only place with them. I would love to look for them on the web but don't know what they are called. Anyone know what I'm talking about! Remember I'm a HUGE PURSE SNOB..LOL!

Most are imitation Kate Spade pin-up girl purses. The 'real thing' would run about $300, an imitation is about $60. I sell them at my salon.

Okay thats enough....I really really love that first one! Do you have any like that in your shop? They are really popular here as are the Place-Mat purses with the beaded handles...I have one of those but saw one last night with the purses, gloves and hats all in blacks and pinks and feel in love!

Some of these on ebay are Buy It Now for $30 or so.....are there higher quality? I don't know about spending $60 dollars or more for a purse that isn't name brand...again I'm a purse snob...Dooney, Fossil, Nine West, Coach....etc. etc. But these are just really cute. I don't know.

Hi my name is Laura and I'm addicted to purses. I change purses about once a week b/c I have so many I just feel the need to use all of them! I also feel the need to keep buying them! There is a store here called Elder Beerman (I'm not sure where else they have EB?) and their purse dept. is the greatest! I got a Nine West purse regularly 80.00 for 10.00 on sale last month, and a cut Liz one for only 6.00. They run the best sales!

I LOVE purses and make a lot of them. If I fire up my digital camera I’ll take a picture of my latest one. Of course they are quilted but in my guild – I’m known as the “bag lady”.
