Vero Beach Room Requests

We booked a 2 bedroom villa and I'm not seeing ocean view in the description of the rooms.

Are there any ocean view for these rooms and what should I request in terms of best room requests? Thank you!

Vero Beach has a long line of shrubs that act as a wind and light break between the resort and and the ocean. You're unlikely to have a view of the ocean unless you're on the top floor, and even then it's dicey.

I would request "highest floor" and be done with it. The resort isn't really big enough for anything else to make a huge difference.

Thanks! Do you know if there is some kind of pool view possible? The agent suggested garden view but I think high floor would probably be better

I suggest a look at an aerial view of the resort on Google Maps to get a feel for the geography.There are three villa buildings at VB, along with the Inn building and six 3-bedroom beach cottages. Villa 12 and two beach cottages are located north of the Inn building and Villas 14 and 15 (there is no 13) and four more beach cottages are south of the Inn. The pool itself is adjacent to the Inn building on the south side, so only Villa 14 (right above the word Grove in the picture) might have a pool view for some higher floor locations on the north side of the building, but even that might be a challenge.

Looks like most of the Inn rooms on the sides of the main resort building are considered ocean view. But, there might be a few towards the back that are resort view. So, couldn't hurt to ask. I'd probably as for a room with a view of the pool or on the south side of the building.

It is. Maybe just not obvious. It’s the light blue circle/oval just above the Community Hall and to the right of the Inn (it’s actually in the shape of a Mickey).

This pool isn’t in front of the Inn?

That triangle shaped roof is the front (or beach side) of the Inn or the community Hall?

There are triangles on the side of the Inn that directly faces the ocean too. The pool is not there. The pool is on the south side of the Inn. If you look at the below picture, the pool is in front of the left most triangle.

oh ok, I gotcha. I was looking at that other image thinking how is that possibly not in front. lol
