I have a dvc sales brochure from 1995. They are booklets with plastic coverings. which happen to be attached upside down on one of them.

They are for oky, and advertise vero and the california that never came to be.

Is it worth my while to hold onto these?

I have an unusual interest in the DVC that never was. I love walking through the million dollar tunnel that was to lead to the highrise at Vero. I enjoyed staying at the Marriot that was built where the California, Newport Beach DVC property was proposed.

Sometimes the might have been is more interesting than the is.

I have the same sales brochure! I have the HHI, VBR and a general DVC brochure as well. Do you remember when OKW was Conch Flats? Things change don't they.

I plan to keep these and other DVC items for as long as we own at OKW. I absolutely enjoy picking these up and visiting with them now and then. It is odd that it seems so long ago that we purchased at OKW (1995)...then again I probably shouldn't be surprised. We have so many great memories of our stays there that it feels like we've been members for many more years than we've actually been!

I scanned the newport flyer and sent it to yesterland, and

DBBN, I think we have the same brochures. There is one for HHI, and one for the exchanges.

My oky was just dvc conch flats, on that one the cover writeing is printed right side up but the picture of the conch flat is upside down, do you have that one to??

I wish I purchased when I took the tour in Feb of 1995, I would have had 5 years of free passes!!!

Oh well looking at these brochures, the intrest rates were between 13 and 15 %..
