Is anyone else having problems?

I am having a lot of difficulty accessing the Disney.go website. I am trying to make ADR's, and I keep getting blank screens when I get to the point of providing my credit card info. I am so used to Disney excellence that this is driving me nuts! Is anyone else having trouble, or could it be my computer? I am not having the same issues with other sites.
 
Their site is definitely down at the moment. Hopefully it will be back up shortly.
 
Have you tried using the app? I just completed a reservation for Sanaa and there were no problems with the process and confirmation.
 
when i tried to make my ADRs Monday morning, the website would not let me make anything past 180 days, even though I have a reservation on site. It would show me availability for the length of my stay, but not let me actually get to the credit card guarantee page for any day past the first day of my stay. I ended up calling the reservation site to get what I wanted, and let them know of the issue, and they didn't sound surprised.

People have been having trouble all throughout Feb. Many aren't able to book their +10 as the site isn't recognizing their resort stay. If that's not your issue, try switching browers. Most are calling in to make Aug ADRs.

I broke down and called tech help. I use Firefox, but apparently it does not always work on the Disney site. Had to download Chrome. Now I have full access again. Who knew?

Unfortunately I have had issues with Chrome before too. I call it WSD (White Screen of Death). The whole page goes blank/completely white. The only way to fix it is to wipe out the cache.

Probably a browser issue, I was having the same problems. I wasn't able to make any dining or FP+ reservations on Firefox but Internet Explorer works fine.
 
I have the trouble you're describing (white screen of death) using explorer or firefox, but it works just fine on Chrome. Weird.
 
I have problems with it in Chrome, but it seems to work ok in FireFox. Crazy website!

This! We were only able to book for our first day there, but couldn't get our +10 through the website or app. We had to call in for that, and we lost a couple of better times because of that but still got all our places.
 
I got the glitch this morning which was fabulous because it was 3am my time. Had to keep my eyes open to call at 4am. Got mostly through all of my reservations with the CM including BOG dinner and lunch with an imagineer when her system updated and wiped everything out. Had to go thorough everything again...like 10 different reservations in a variety of party sizes. Luckily everything was still available for the times I wanted. But, what a mess! I really hope this doesn't happen with FP+ too!
