Same names - works if you check, are nice about it, and your family can roll. Me, I can't roll and I'd go ape sh$t if someone tried to "take" Emily from me.

At least I know my limitations, right?
But if they asked my kid, then that would be different. She could choose. And that's a nice way to do it.
Everyone is Nick in Nick's family. But, he alone has the right to name his kid Nick, bc he's the last in succession. But he had a girl. So haha. One of his cousins mentioned that it's sad the name - first and last - isn't going on. I told him he was welcome to have some boys and name them Nick! We'd give up right of first refusal!
Erika - hilarious about the chip.
Lisa Z - yummy dinner!
Sunny, welcome back!!!
The High Holy Day. Yes, Emily is wearing green. She wore an outfit to school today, navy pants (she only wears yoga style pants, all about the comfort) and a green shirt with white flowers on it. Kelly green, of course! Tomorrow she is wearing a tshirt layered over a white shirt, that has a shamrock and says "Tis Herself". My MIL bought it years ago, she loves that sort of thing. The Tis.
We are painting our nails kelly green, too, today.
I have about 5 green shirts to pick from tomorrow - I need two - my daytime one, my going out one. I will get up, hopefully weigh in and go to the gym - in green - and then do our errands, etc. Emily gets picked up at about 4pm and I head to the The Dublin House, which is a bar I've gone to since I was 18, where I had my birthday party this year, and where we have celebrated St Patrick's Day since 2000. This is our tenth time doing this! Jodi and I go early, leave by 8pm. She will leave earlier this year, because she can't stand bars unless she is drinking. So her husband will come and pick me up. Friends will meet us - two mom friends, one social going out girlfriend, and old friend, etc. We invite everyone we know.
And so I'll drink Guinness and be at Jodi's by 8pm to eat corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes. She cooks them in butter all day long, but it's once a year. That's it. So I'll enjoy it.
