Eventful weekend for me. I spent quite a bit of time with a friend Saturday night after he spent an entire day at a car show out of town. He initiated it. I feel like a teenager. And I started a new book series by Vicki Pettersson. Signs of the Zodiac ~ Love it!


I need to turn in my challenge ~ completely slipped away from me!

Exercise: 120 mins (at least I got some in this week, craziness)
Tracking: 3 days ~ what did I learn? Gotta eat breakfast or I go overboard at night. I'm getting better at drinking unadulterated water, but I'm still not where I need to be.

Ok ok, I know how you guys have to have details! Lot's of details!

Well, I was enjoying a good read Saturday afternoon and kinda looking forward to a night to myself (getting lost in a fantasy world) when my phone started going off. During his second message, he asked me if I wanted to visit later that evening. Of course I said yes. We spent several hours texting back and forth while he was out of town. Later that night, we ended up talking non-stop for about 3 hours and he watched a movie while I snoozed. We talked about so many things. I ended up getting home in the wee hours of Sunday morning.

Liz - I'm watching the Oscars. And working at the office. Oscars. I haven't watched any of the movies. The last movie I saw at the theatre was Ratatouie. Slumdog, geezealou, they took it! The Oscar for H. Ledger seems like such a waste to me. Can you believe the animation joke Jack Black made about DreamWorks and Pixar? Ballsey. Oh and I hate Branjolena - so I'm glad they didn't win. Baby factory, yuck. And, and, Queen Latifa-omg she sounded so lovely during the tribute.
