Lauren..... you seem to be missing an ADR!!!!!!!!!!!
Lauren..... you seem to be missing an ADR!!!!!!!!!!!
I know!!DF did not love the Kona menu...but never fear, Kona is on the honeymoon list! And the list if we go in October
Don't you worry, I will be showing Kona some love sometime in the next year lol. After all, our wonderful inside joke cannot go to waste!
Your ADRs look so yummy!![]()
Oh, some great ADR choices! I'm happy dancing for you!
Makes a mental note to myself to schedule off for the day I can make ADRs...haha.
Ooooh..those snack ideas sound good right about now! The one I was going to say-you already have it down (cinnamon rolls at the MK Bakery)!![]()
One thing we love to do is get margaritas at this margarita bar stand at DTD and then sit by the lake.
Hmmm.. those all sound good. How about pretzels from Goofy's?
Mmmm... all your snacks sound good! We hardly ever eat snacks in the parks so I don't have any suggestions for you. I just had my first Dole Whip and Mickey bar on our last trip! I will be taking some of your suggestions for our next trip!
Club Cool is at Epcot, though, isn't it? (At least it was in June, did they change it?)
ETA: Get the make your own treats from Goofy's! They're so good!
Omigosh; I'm drooling over the cream cheese pretzel and chocolate eclairs! Great choices!!!
If you want to venture over to POFQ, they have my FAVORITE treat - beignets. They are fried, powdered sugar goodness! I had so many of them when we stayed there on our honeymoon!
I also love the roasted nuts at Magic Kingdom - the cinnamon and sugar almonds/pecans. SO good!
I know it's not really a snack, but if you're a tea fan, you have to go to the stand across from the trail that leads down to the rapids at AK. I had a tea slushie - mango - that was wonderful!
Thanks for posting the snack ideas. Getting hungry just thinking about all that Disney food.
You have pretty good ADR there.
I wish I can suggest some good snack. Unfortunately, I am not much of a snack person. This is the only snack I know.![]()

Churros in Mexico while waiting for Illuminations - awesome idea! Once a month I usually plan a meal around a different country and we did Mexico a while back. I thought about making churros, but made something else instead. The boys would love to try them. I'll have to remember that.![]()
I'm enjoying reading everyone's snack ideas too. Originially I was going to try and use our snack credits for breakfast items, but decided to just bring along some breakfast foods for our room. I want to be able to enjoy snacks each day!![]()
It is so funny you say that because we are doing the same thing! We also said we were gonna use them for breakfast when we started out planning, but after this past trip when we discovered SO MANY great snacks, we decided to bring breakfast food down with us to have in the room and use the credits for actual snacks. Now I just have to figure out what foods will travel well...any ideas??
Well, we're driving so it's a bit easier for us. But, today I bought a couple boxes of cereal and a box of instant oatmeal packets. I'm bringing along our electric tea kettle to heat water for the oatmeal and tea. I'll also bring some fruit and possibly our toaster and some bagels. Once we're at Disney, we'll pick up some milk for the rooms. I figure at the end of a day at the parks, we'll stop and pick up a baked good or two to have the next morning. Granola bars and cereal bars would pack well, but I don't find those very filling. I need protein. Granola (like the cereal kind) is pretty filling. You could bring oatmeal and use the room's coffee pot to heat hot water. Even a peanut butter sandwich would fill me up.
