Inexpensive hotel with an airport shuttle?

I'm doing a solo Disney trip in March. I booked at ASMu and my tickets months ago, but when I looked into flights, it made more sense to fly out a little earlier. (Both flight prices and to give myself a little wiggle room in case something goes wrong.). So, my Disney reservation starts on Friday, but I'll be flying in on Thursday evening at like 9. I'm not renting a car and planned to use Mears Connect. It'll be $210 to add another night at ASMu I'm thinking, if I can find a cheaper hotel with an airport shuttle, I can take that to the hotel and then back to the airport the next morning and then take Mears Connect on to ASMu. Are there any hotels with airport shuttles that run that late that would save me any money? Am I completely off thinking that this is an option? I don't need anything fancy, just a clean room, maybe free basic breakfast (not important, though).

Have you looked into the hotel in the airport?
Might be worth the price to not have the hassle of leaving the airport just to go right back.

We stayed at Home 2 Suites near the airport when we got stuck in Orlando during the Southwest Christmas meltdown a few years ago. Their free shuttle picked us up at around 3am two nights in a row. The room was clean and comfortable.

ETA They also have a free breakfast.
