I too just got alerts for Beak and Barrell - I am wondering though what "special" means: it's not a lunch or dinner

This is for Sunday Oct 5 - a MNSSHP night. If I take the reservation at this time I presumingly would also need MNSSHP entry.

“Special” is how the party time ADRs are listed and yes you will need a party ticket. It even warns you when you try to book those slots.
