Yikes! sounds like they couldn't make up their minds! So are they together now? My parents divorced when I was 20 and it was still realy hard. Now my mom's been remarried 3 times since. My kids were pretty confused that Grandpa changed every year we went to visit!

Their final divorce was when I was 16 y/o and they never reconciled after that. They both tried at different times but it never worked out. They never remarried anyone else either.

If we're talking about Disney movie true confessions, here are mine. I'm not proud of them, but it's time to come clean! I always liked that Lindsay Lohan/Tyra Banks show "Life Size" or something like that, where Tyra's a Barbie doll that comes to life. And I liked the one where the poor girl trades places with the famous girl (even though it's the same actress) and one (or both) of them kisses Justin Timberlake.

Okay so my house is SO clean. DH has been a trooper and cleaned without even a cross look. I have put out twice since last night so that might have something to do with it. Whatever it takes!


My friend arrives tonight with her children. I am making pasta for dinner, light and easy. It's 103* degrees today.

Tomorrow we are going to the pool with a bunch of friends and their kids. DH is going to golf and then we'll come back here for dinner. DH makes this amazing guyere (sp?) grilled cheese sandwich. It's on sourdough with bechamel (sp?) sauce. Seriously, it's to die for!

Me too Jordan, that's if it still happens. Life has been costing quite a bit more lately so I am still working on the numbers.......I have our airfare so really it's a no-brainer. DH is hesitant with their DC trip costing so much but I think he'll be more into the idea once the yard is finished. He's doing it all himself so the half acre is overwhelming him with good reason.

Keep the faith, all is not lost. I truly think once the yard is done DH will see my need for a vacation. We are both off this whole week and he even he said he feels like going to Disneyland and leaving our guests the house keys and they can fend for themselves. I have just learned when to step back when it comes to Disney.

Yesterday was so fun with our friends. They are sleeping now so I woke up early to make coffee and run to Walmart before they wake up. My gf saw my Swiffer and is now in love! She is even more of a clean freak than I am.

We went to the pool, had DH's amazing grilled cheese, went to Joshua's tball game, drank Pina Coladas or Penas Coladis if you remember, and then watched Hairspray A little rum, a Little Zac, good friends, and life is heaven!
