We went to the pool, had DH's amazing grilled cheese, went to Joshua's tball game, drank Pina Coladas or Penas Coladis if you remember, and then watched Hairspray A little rum, a Little Zac, good friends, and life is heaven!

Good news! I presented DH with a plan to go to WDW for our 40th birthdays--and he agreed! Only 6 1/2 years to go! Do they make tickers that go that long?

Sounds like a great time!

Its been a great time. Everyone is in bed but me, I am trying to unwind after a super busy day. Another friend, the one that moved to Az, came into town last night and stayed here too with her DH and their 2 children so we had a total of 12 people here last night and today. We woke up early, had our coffee and breakfast, and then took the kids to see Wall- E. It was cute but ran a little too long. The lack of dialogue got a bit old but the kids enjoyed it and the movie's message was good. Then we went to lunch and did a little shopping. My Az friends left for the DH's family's house so my gf and I left the kids with my DH and she and I met some of her friends for drinks. It was really fun. Tomorrow should prove to be the usual longest day of the year as always starting with the FD parade and bbq, some time at the pool, another bbq, and topping it off with fireworks. I am beat even thinking about it.

I have no idea why it's so quiet. I guess with Kirsteen on the caravan holiday of a lifetime and Jenna at her in-laws we are just not that interesting.


My gf just left We had a fabulous July 4th. I miss her already. I'll take the kids over to where she's staying Tuesday night to say goodbye and then drive her and her chillins to the airport very early Wed am. These past 5 days went SO quickly. She's just got so many people to see and 12 days is hardly enough time. I feel very lucky to have had her all week.

Glad to hear you had so much fun. 12 people in your house!!! Was that crazy? I wanted to see Wall-E, but now I'm on the fence a bit. I think I always get really high expectations of Pixar stuff, and then I'm kind of disappointed.

I'll go and correct the link, thanks We're staying at POR for 2 weeks from 14th to 28th August. We got free dining (UK deal) so have loads of lovely places booked. We're having a big DIS meet in Germany with 54 of us, my DH is sooooo looking forward to that
