When my AAA agent called to get the new codes, she was told there wasn't ANYTHING available at the YC where I already had Concierge reservations. She could get BC, but I had my heart set on YC. But the codes took $700 off the price. What a dilemma. I finally broke down and went to see her today and told her to see if the BC was available with the codes. She called to check and low and behold, the codes were available for the YC. Wow, more money for shopping and a freshly rehabbed set of rooms.

So, keep trying.

And it is sooo true if you don't hear what you want from CRO when you call, try again. I had been trying to get a conceirge room at the Poly for my trip and was told on several different occassions they were booked. Well I didn't give up and Guess what! I will be staying at the Poly conceirge in just 12 days!
