Any recommendations for high interest savings accounts? We're really bad about leaving money in our checking and getting next to nothing out of it. I have some accounts with Discover, and like them ok except that the external transfers seem to take forever. Not sure if that's normal for online accounts between banks. Thank you!

Yeah, I wanted something earlier but since we just decided on a plan last night I had to take what I could get. I’ll keep stalking it to see if I can get like a 5:30 pm which would be more ideal.

Just curious - is anyone else waiting a bit to use their Chase-Staples offers to see if RMN has any online cash back offers? A few weeks ago they were on there with 10% back, and I meant to buy DGC's using my Amex offer, and then of course I waited and missed it. I've been checking every day but nothing so far.

I’m waiting. I’ve had great luck with RMN crediting for GC purchases after a rough start when they weren’t. So I’m holding out for a cb offer before buying too!

The other option is to pay our contractor with a card when he bills us for the rest of our garage and then pay the card with our HELOC checkbook (instead of just writing him the check). Which....that could totally work. Do the cc companies get nosey if you do the ENTIRE MSR in one transaction?

I had the Chase Southwest card a couple years ago that had a $15k spend for extra bonus and I did that all in one purchase. I got the bonus right away and never heard anything about it.

I believe those are an in store only offer. I’m ordering Disney gc online cause my staples is too far as well.

There's a link you can click on right under the country on the first screen. It says to put the country you'll spend the most time. Or if time is equal, then the first international destination. You can always chat to make sure too, they answer fast.

I just, after a 2 week delay, got approved for my second CIBP in ~20 months. It's a separate business with a separate address but when I applied I started logged into my chase account and used the email address all of my other Chase cards are registered under. Should I have any concerns or problems linking the new card to my existing accounts and transferring the bonus points to my CSR account? I'm not in violation of 5/24 and the new card is for a legit business. Just want to make sure I don't end up getting flagged for something and all of my points getting suspended.

Anyone know if purchases made from Marriott hotel snack bars qualify for Brilliant credit? There is a Pizza Hut inside Fairfield across from Disneyland, and I’m wondering if we could use up that Brilliant credit. We have about $150 left before it resets next month.

I think I’m going to make reservations the night before, so all I have to do is change flights, that way I don’t have to worry about entering everyone’s names and stuff during the morning rush.

Yes, I’m going to book flights for August (the cheapest I can find), then as soon as it opens I’ll rebook for the real dates. It just takes too much time to type in info for 4 people.
