I keep getting letters from Disney!!!

I keep getting reminders to pay my balance for our vacation in April. It is a room only so should I send it? They told me it was due at check-in. Thanks in advance for comments. I read here before it was a computer glitch. It says a package CTV, though.

The same thing happened to us recently. We received 3 letters reminding us to pay our balance. When you book a room using a discount code, the computer classifies it as a package. After a few calls to Disney they told me since it was room only, I did not have to pay the balance until check-in. It was a computer glitch.

Today's mailing makes four in a row, all dated consecutively from the 19th to the 22nd (we made our reservations on the 19th). They must have some computer glitch. Perhaps they are trying to compete with AOL mailings!

I got the same notification. I was told not to worry about it by CRO...it was a computer glitch. I went ahead and paid mine today just in case!

very strange...we went in Feb on a room only Fl resident rate and I never got a letter and now we are booked for May and the only letter I have received is the confirmation letter.

BEWARE - we rec'd those notices last May and we paid about a week before we left with our debit card. When we got there, they told us we owed for the remaining seven nights - it took about a half hour to find out that whoever took our information over the phone to pay for the room was mistaken. And that all room only reservations need to be paid upon check-in; needless to say, the money was deposited back into our checking account and then we paid at check-in but don't be surprised if this happens to you - good luck!
