I have seen several threads about people having issues with their upcoming reservations (hotel, dining, fastpass, etc) showing up on their computers when they log into My Disney Experience, but not showing up on their phone when downloading the app. I had the same problem and tried updating the app, deleting the app, signing out and back in, etc. and had no luck.
I finally e-mailed Disney and was told that the issue is that I had multiple accounts assigned to the same e-mail address. No idea how I pulled this off, but that was apparently the problem.
I had to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 to fix the issue, but it took just a minute for her to mark the account tied to my reservations as my primary account. Now the app works fine.
So if you are like me and have been beating your head against the wall trying to figure out why your reservations show up on your computer but not your phone, you might give that a try.
