How to find the sale?

I was just wondering how do you find a private sale person? Do I advertise in the paper or the boards or just use real estate folks who make a killing off the commisions they charge?

I sure would like to go private but wonder if it is even possible, Thanks again friends for all the help. I will be home soon.

I would suggest contacting a resale broker. The seller is the one who will pay any commission and there is little reason to look for a private sale, since ROFR will control the amount paid by the buyer. If Disney feels the offer is too low, they have the right to purchase it for the same terms. (The seller would get the same amount already agreed to, but the buyer will just get their deposit refunded and will have no contract.)

Thanks Doc! I just found out that we have another trip on Jan. 10th! Not home yet but soon.
