I have to have at least 8 hours! If I get less than that, Im like WORTHLESS during the day.

I am pretty worthless most days :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I NEED 8-9 hours of sleep. I GET 3-4 hours of sleep at night, then nap for 1-2 hours during day. But that is due to intense pain.

I get about 4 hours of sleep/night during the week but make up for it during the weekends. :teeth:

During the week, I get about 6-7 hours of sleep. That's really not enough for me. Then on the weekends I do about 9 hours each night. When I've been off work for extended periods of time, I find I do really well with a consistent 8 hours every night.

I'm good on 7 or so hours, but it has to be at the right time. When I sleep from 11 p.m. - 6:30 a.m., forget it, I'm "off" the entire day. But when I can sleep from 2 a.m. - 9 a.m., I'm fine. Completely refreshed and with it.

I'm not sure, but I'd guess 6-7 hours. Since I had my daughter, I'm surprised at how little sleep I actually need to function, though. Sleeping through the night is still a lost cause

I need at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I'm also at my best when I can have an hour nap on top of that. Of course, I may not be the best person to ask as I'm having thyroid and liver problems, both of which cause fatigue.

At least 8 hours here as well.

I need to have at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

About 5-6 hours for me during the week and about 7-8 on the weekends. If I sleep longer than that I wake up with a headache.

9 hours. Anything more or less makes my whole body feel off.

I really need about 10 - I have autoimmunine issues too.

I don't get 10. I get 7-8 but I'm always dragging.

I would like 8 but that's not possible

Im really happy to get 7. Im okay with 6. My bare minimum to still somewhat function is 5. I USUALLY get 6 1/2 - 7.

I NEED at least 8, but I survive on about six. I have this very bad habit of waking up at four am and not being able to fall back asleep until it is too late! :surfweb:

apparently even when I THOUGHT I was getting enough sleep, I wasn't really...

just found out I have sleep apnea and am now being treated...I have NO IDEA how much sleep I will need once I get all caught up! :thumbsup2 :teeth:
