During the week, I get about 6-7 hours of sleep. That's really not enough for me. Then on the weekends I do about 9 hours each night. When I've been off work for extended periods of time, I find I do really well with a consistent 8 hours every night.
I'm good on 7 or so hours, but it has to be at the right time. When I sleep from 11 p.m. - 6:30 a.m., forget it, I'm "off" the entire day. But when I can sleep from 2 a.m. - 9 a.m., I'm fine. Completely refreshed and with it.
I'm not sure, but I'd guess 6-7 hours. Since I had my daughter, I'm surprised at how little sleep I actually need to function, though. Sleeping through the night is still a lost cause
I need at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I'm also at my best when I can have an hour nap on top of that. Of course, I may not be the best person to ask as I'm having thyroid and liver problems, both of which cause fatigue.
I NEED at least 8, but I survive on about six. I have this very bad habit of waking up at four am and not being able to fall back asleep until it is too late!
