How many Bush supporters have seen Farenheit 9/11?

I was just curious how many Bush supporters have actually seen the movie Farenheit 9/11? I found it to be very interesting and informative and my opinion is that if you are a true Bush supporter, go see that movie and then see how you feel. Oh unless you are a millionaire because why would you care-you'll get better tax cuts with Bushy boy in office. It would be good viewing though, maybe set you back to reality with us little people. I highly recommend it!

Comment: After reading 22 posts on this thread I have yet to see an answer as to whether or not you have even seen the movie. All I see is a bunch of criticism about Michael Moore. I'm taking it that none of you have actually seen the movie and have just turned this into a political mudslinging contest. Well if you haven't even seen the movie, don't criticize those that have. Perhaps if you did it would open your eyes to quite a few things.

I am looking forward to my new tax cuts ;)

Bush Supporter here I wont see it till it comes out on video but it wont change my mind . Anyone can make anything look bad. Everyone has to put thier "spin" on things .

hey it is America I respect your choice and I hope you respect mine

Wishing you a tagged night

I was just curious how many Kerry supporters have actually listened to Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity or Bill O'Reilly? I found them to be very interesting and informative and my opinion is that if you are a true Kerry supporter, listen to their shows and then see how you feel. I highly recommend them! ;)

I suspect you would be amazed at how many of us do listen to them. It is always wise to listen to both sides. If for no other reason than to be able to intelligently argue their points. That is why I have never understood this drive to stay away from the movie.

Any regular listener to Rush (or the others) knows that what you say is true. I was just giving Xtine76 a hard time. :)

I just don't want to support Michael Moore, the Dixie Chicks, Bruce Springsteen, et al with my money. You're right though, knowing your opposition is important.

W in '04!!!

I saw one of Moores movies...the one where he made millions from dead Columbine students....he lost all credibility with his inaccuracies...so no plans to see anything else he creates.

I prefer to make my decision about voting based on facts, not Michael Moore's opinion.

I have not seen Fahrenhei/911, nor would I see a simialr type movie about Senator Kerry, if one were to be made.

I doubt if you will find many who have...

BTW, I listen to Rush, Sean and Bill, just like being a part of this board I like to hear the opposition. It gives me a chance to see all viewpoints, unlike in my real life.

My sister listens to Neil Boortz everyday, too. I find it all very interesting.

I haven't.

I did see "Bowling for Columbine".

I have also read how MM has consistently manipulated facts & quoted out of context to support his erroneous POV in F911, BFC & "Roger & Me", so I will not put any $$ in his pocket to see F911.

How many Kerry supporters have read "Unfit for Command"?

maybe set you back to reality with us little people.

Well, hey, nothing like trying to incite a bit of class envy, isn't there??

And Mr. Moore's films in no way depict "reality".

I don't pay attention to MM...haven't seen any of his flix, and don't plan to.

MMoore messed with a headline in the movie and refused to admit wrong-doing. As someone who spent four years writing newspaper headlines, nope, I won't give any money to a "documentary" that contains false information.

You know I think comparing Moore and Rush et al. is very apt. Both are extremely biased and present some of the truth about the other side in an unflattering but generally entertaining and creative way. As a liberal, I find some of the conservative talk show hosts points well taken and they make me uncomfortable, as they should. Any Bush supporter who wouldn't find parts of F 911 uncomfortable is kidding themselves, too, IMO.

Like Robin, I listen to all of them just to see what's going on. I catch a piece of Limbaugh's show almost every day and have for more than 10 years. I do not think he is as good as he was then, however. He is less creative and more likely to just bash instead of doing well-thought out segments with music, etc. I think he's gotten lazy. He doesn't even make me mad very often any more b/c I find him harder to take seriously now. I tend to get mad at him now over nonpolitical issues, such as the embarrassing (at least I hope he was embarrassed) monologue he did on Asperger's Syndrome -- it was totally mean spirited and showed an absolute lack of any research whatsoever. Criticizing people with autism is a lot different from criticizing politicians and it sure didn't make him look good.

Sorry about that tangent, folks.

I haven't seen F911 but I've been acquainted with Moore's work for years, like Stupid White Men. Can't stand him, can't stand Rush either, and I'm sorry that so many allow these people to think and sort out their beliefs for them.

This statement is funny. I am one of the 'little people', and I waited patiently for eight long years for the middle class tax-cut. I can't speak for the millionaires but I never received the relief Billy boy promised me over and over again. But I have received a check and gotten tax relief from President Bush.

As for MM, if reality is where you want to be then F911 is the last place I'd be looking.

I have no interest in spending good money to see anything produced by MM. It was recently released in the Arab countries and it was interesting to read the various opinions. Many Arabs wish they could openly criticize their governments. That’s the only positive I see from such a slanted movie.

I’m always amazed at wealthy Democrats criticizing other wealthy Americans just to garner support. The best thing a wealthy Democrat can do with his/her inheritance is create jobs.

I would like to know that as well. Especially since some of the same people on the DIS who say "you can't be critical of F 9/11 if you haven't seen it" are the ones who will most likely be critisizing this book without reading it. It's funny, and a little bit sad, that Michael Moore is taken at face value by so many people, but 60 decorated Vietnam vets who served in John Kerry's unit are called liars.

Oh and you forgot that they are politically motivated too!!
