How long does it take for the MK parades to get to Main Street?

When looking at MK parade times (2:00 pm for FoF, 8:30 pm for MVMCP parade, etc.), at what time can I expect the parade to get to Main Street from its starting point in Frontierland? 15 minutes after start time? 20 minutes?

Depends on if you mean at the Hub or at Casey's

Yes, they do a decent job keeping a portion of the sidewalks clear for moving people, generally speaking. CMs usually tape a line (roughly) down the middle - one side you’re OK to sit/stand for the parade, the other you have to keep moving.

It's pretty easy to catch the parade in Frontierland then hustle through Adventureland and the Emporium to get to Town Square before it gets there. I've gotten out of the park many times before the parade gets to end after watching hear the shooting gallery.

Good to know! We were thinking of trying to catch some of FoF, but won't arrive at MK until about 2 pm, which might be perfect, actually, if we can find a spot as soon as we walk into MK. If not, it's not a big deal. And for MVMCP, I'm considering the terrace dessert party which starts at 9 pm. It sounds like if we see the parade in Frontierland at 8:30 pm, by about 8:45 or so we could quickly walk through Fantasyland and Tomorrowland and wind up at the terrace around 9 or so?

If arriving at park at 2PM, we found lots of space around the circle by the train station for FoF. Parade gets there around 2:20-2:25. If you are there at 2PM, you'll get a reasonable spot.
