Minnie Van to Hotel without Dining Reservation Question

Good afternoon, we are staying at the Polynesian, but in the past to rope drop Epcot from the International Gateway entrance, we would get a Minnie Van from our hotel to the Beach Club, have breakfast at the quick service place there, and then head to Epcot. Is that something that is still allowed? If I remember correctly, a regular Lyft/Uber wouldn't be allowed through the front gate without a dining reservation, but a Minnie Van would.

Yes, a Minnie Van will be permitted to drop off at any resort with or without a reservation.

Yes @subtchr provide the basic answer but Minnie Vans are often in short supply in the early morning hours especially if you are trying to hit EE at Epcot via the IG entrance. As a backup option you might consider an Uber / Lyft to the Swan and make the short walk to the IG with a stop at the BW / YC / or BC on the way.
