How do you update your title to match trip report updates?

The subject/title says it all... I've just started a trip report, and I need to update my subject to indicate I've added a new part/update... How do I do that? Also, how do I add a "chapter list"?

Edit your first post, but make sure that you're in "Advanced Edit" mode (where it looks like you're typing a brand new post) so that you can update the title.

I do the chapter links in my main post, so I just do it from there too. Each post has a number in the upper right corner, if you click on the number, it'll open the post in a new window. Copy the URL to post the link from your main page.
