How do you make reservation for the bus?

My family and i are coming to florida from maine. We are flying on on air trans on June 24th. Can we utilize the bus for regal sun resort?? We will be staying unitl june 29th then flying home..Our flight is scheduled toleave at 7;30 am. Can we get the bus 3 hours prioe to that? Can we bring our luggage ourselves??Tha is what I prefer to do.. Thanks for your assistance...this is our fists vacation in a long time!

I assume you are referring to the Disney Magic Express (DME). No, DME only serves Disney owned resorts on property. I suggest you contact Regal Sun for their recommended transportation services. I assume you will have to pay for it.

Disney's Magical Express bus? If so then, no, that service is for Disney resort guests only. It does not service any off-site hotels. Sorry. I am unfamiliar with transportation to off-site hotels. You could rent a car or arrange a town car service pickup. I'm sure others will chime in with more suggestions.

Disney's Magical Express only applies to WDW owned resorts.

You could check with the Regal Sun to see if they have a pickup service (probably don't).

If not, you can make a reservation with Mears. This would not include the direct luggage service, you would have to handle your luggage yourself, they will put it under the bus.

DebbieB is right - 'the bus' for Regal Sun would be Mears Transportation. $19 one way, $35 round trip per adult, which means if your party is all adults, a car service would likely be cheaper - and would probably include a free half hour stop at a grocery store if you want.

Call them (Mears) early the day before check out to reconfirm your reservation back to the airport.

Mears has its own scheduling, generally leaving your resort 3 to 4 hours before you plane departs.
