How do we make Chef's Table Reservations?

Hi! I am hoping that someone can help us, as obviously, things have changed drastically since we made our reservations for our Sept 2003 trip.
We are trying to make PS for the Chef's Table at V&A's. When we call that direct reservations #, 407-939-7707, we are transferred to the regular WDW-DINE line. We wait a while, and then, instead of letting us wait, the line kicks us into voicemail!
We then tried calling the GF directly and telling them that we want to make V&A's Chef's Table reservations, but they send us to the 407-WDISNEY number. What the heck is going on?!? Am I doing something wrong? Any other number I should be trying?

hhhmmm....everytime i have made reservations i have called the dining line and then followed the instructions. have had no problem. you do know for the chef's table you can call 6 mons out. good luck!
