I'm on the 4 night. I plan on boarding by 12:30, then start lunch. Leave lunch before I'm finished to get Palo's ressies, then back to finish lunch. Let the kids swim awhile. The boat drill's at 4, then bon voyage and Sailaway Party. We're first dinner seating. Do most people change for dinner before the Sailaway party? I don't see how I'll have time afterwards. How long does the Sailaway last? It seems like a lot of stuff packed in. At some point, I need to check my kids into the clubs, sign them up for hairbraiding, and we want to see the show that night. Can you get into your room immediately, even if you have no luggage yet?

I don't think you'll have any problem fitting everything in. You may want to go to wherever they are taking Palo's ressies first, as people have posted that they sometime start early. Or you might also want to head straight to the kids club to get the registration out of the way. On the navigator I am looking at it says they open for registration at 12:45. I think the lunch buffet is open until 3:30, so there's no need to rush there. You can officially go to your stateroom anytime after 1pm. The room stewards will be delivering luggage all afternoon, so there's no way to know when yours will show up anyway.

On our 4-day, we were able to board, check out our stateroom, register the kids in the lab, eat lunch, and make Palo's reservations all before the lifeboat drill with no problem. The sailaway party is really just everyone milling around on the top decks, watching the characters dance, watching port disappear, so there is no reason you couldn't leave in plenty of time to change for dinner. The first night is casual in all restaurants, so hopefully that means you don't need too much time to get ready.

I think it will all work out for you! Enjoy!

You forgot to mention taking the tour of the ship after you make Palos and spa ressies and before the sailaway party.
I'll be on line at Palos and the spa while DH and DS go for lunch. If they have time DH will sign DS up at the Lab.
