HHN30 Rumours (maybe Spoilers?)

I'm also torn on it. I'd like to purchase BOGO tickets, and not concerned with getting refunded if they do cancel, but I would like to have some kind of idea of what changes will be in place before I purchase my tickets if they are moving forward with it. There would be no refund (presumably) if they are holding it and you decide you don't like the restrictions/changes and don't want to go.

In thinking through what restrictions there could be, I think its a given that attendance/ticket sales will be lowered to accommodate social distancing. This should make up for any delays we'd see with lines if they intend to put groups through the houses with distance between them. Which might actually be a good thing because I do enjoy local haunted houses where groups enter one at a time and you get all the "attention"!

I think they'd also have to limit actors on the street, maybe eliminate the "transition" flaps they use in the houses that inevitably drape over and wipe across people's faces and bodies. Face coverings required most likely. Not sure what else they would have to change though that could severely limit or dampen the experience.

I've been holding out on getting BOGO, hoping to hear news about multi night tickets but as we get closer. I'm starting to think that might not be an option this year. So I'm leaning toward pulling the trigger on the BOGO deal. We're only going three nights anyways, but the RoF pass is always the best value for us.

After seeing all the plans they had for the park opening, and how things have been executed, I feel that as long as they have the event I will attend. I'm okay with restrictions. The only thing that worries me about buying tickets would be if they change the dates and end up pushing opening night back. We have a trip booked for mid-September, and are unable to go in October. It's only been brought up in rumor, so i'm not OVERLY concerned but it does add another layer of caution on why we haven't bought our tickets yet.

I've seen mentioned that they could possibly use less human actors and many more animatronic scares. Again, rumor. But some people may look at that as a bummer.

I have not read of any changes for opening dates for hhn.

The website still shows September 10 as opening night.

This is something I am concerned about as well - especially RoF with express.
I usually go 5 to 10 nights so this is big for me.
Considering the alternative of a RIP tour - but waiting for details on that as well
