My question is not for park goers..but rather how does Disney step up to peak times?

I usually go in October a relatively mild season crowd wise. I am going in June this year and I was wondering what Disney does to meet the crowd demand. Do they add more staff? Run both sides of rides? Open up areas (Counter Service spots, seating areas???) not usually open in a month like October?

I am hoping that there are ways that Disney compensates for the heavier crowds that may make wait less.

Just this week they opened the Adventureland Veranda to accommodate the large number of guests in the park. I think the last time it was open was 1998.

Yes they run rides at full capacity like all trains running at BTMRR, Extra shows at things like American adventure, more lanes open at CS, And of course the extra long hours!!! I think I saw 3 AM for MK last week.

It is still wall to wall people but it runs pretty smooth.

WOW! I'd never even heard of A.V! I just researched it. Very interesting. Thanks for the info!
