Put the crazed Panda down for 3 miles and an hour and a half.
I did 3 easy 15 mpm miles on the tready then calistetics and stretching. I'm going to make a surpreme effort to do the stretching regularly.
Now I'm icing the mad achillies, will this never end! Seriously minor injuries can drive you nuts but if you do the right rehad they do mend.
