Hakuna Matata Team Challenge Hours/Miles

Put the crazed Panda down for 3 miles and an hour and a half.

I did 3 easy 15 mpm miles on the tready then calistetics and stretching. I'm going to make a surpreme effort to do the stretching regularly.

Now I'm icing the mad achillies, will this never end! Seriously minor injuries can drive you nuts but if you do the right rehad they do mend.

Have a super day team everyone bring home some miles and or hours.

I have a question about my miles. Mark and I are going to the world on March 2nd. We plan on doing some powerwalking around Boardwalk in the early morning so I can avoid the dreaded weight gain. If I were to wear my pedometer and record my miles for the whole day would that be ok. I would only add up my time for the “workouts” in the morning but technically I’ll be walking all day long – well when I’m not lounging by the pool sipping my pink umbrella drink. Let me know what you think team leaders…does all day walking count in my miles total?

Otherwise, I’ll only keep track of the times I get my butt out of bed and powerwalking.

just checking in to report my 3 mile run, at about a 12 minute pace. Just taking it easy for a bit... :cool1:.

Question: Will walking around the Florida State Fair for about 6 hours count for Saturday?? Not to mention, all the food I will be 'weight-lifting' into my mouth. :laughing: :laughing: Gotta love the 'no trans fat' kick!
 
Hi Everyone,

Great job to everyone getting their minutes and miles in. Unfortunately I have a miserable cold - going on 2 1/2 weeks now. I'm doing a bit, but won't add too much to the total for this week. I'll be sure to make it up to you all in the weeks to come.

Just got off the TM, hope we have some better weather so I can get outside this weekend, need to get a 6-10 mile run in.
 
I put 11 miles on my recumbent bike in 45 minutes :thumbsup2 I am going to be a bit lighter on workouts through Saturday because I am doing the Mercedes Half on Sunday :scared1: less than a month after the Donald!!

Scott H:18.47 miles 6:01 hours/min

Rest day for me yesterday. Today, though, I got 45 minutes and 2.8 miles on the treadmill and 1 hour of yoga.

Well compared to other mine is weak but that's about all I'll be doing weekly, at least until the weather improves.
