Got my free ticket for volunteering!!!!

Yep, one per person for us. Our area needed blankets for teens, so the fleece ones worked out great.

Guests who present a valid multi-day ticket or Annual Pass or Passport may choose from one of the following three options instead of receiving the free 1-day, 1-park ticket:

• Disney's FASTPASS® Special Exchange Cards for certain attractions for you and up to 5 additional members of your party. †
• A Special Ear Hat figurine with unique trading pins‡
• Donate your free ticket to one of the select non-profit organizations designated by Disney Parks:
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern California
  • Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida
  • Dreams Take Flight Canada
  *Guests presenting complimentary ticket media are not eligible to receive the Exchange Card or Ear Hat figurine options.

We did our work today at a museum, along with a number of other volunteers. We even worked with someone who is leaving for the college program next week. It will be her second time with the program. Everyone commented on how hard it was to get on the website the first few days. Hope our tickets come through.

I did my volunteer work today as well! With Disneyrunner2009 and her family actually... (Hi! ) I had a blast! I'm hoping the ticket comes soon, I'd like to use it on the 18th or 19th.

i am really excited about this program!!!! my family and I are going on a cruise in October and since it departs close to Orlando, my mom and I are gonna volunteer and hit up the Magic Kindgom before departing!

i signed up for disaster kids training for handsOn on 1/2 (saturday)...i did my service on 1/5 (tuesday)...got a thank you email on 1/6 (wednesday)saying the ticket voucher will be emailed soon...got the voucher on 1/10 (sunday)

I went to sign up this AM for a time in March after my son turns 6. I wasnt able to sign him up yet since he is not 6 yet. The day we where signing up for was after his birthday, but i Guess i need to wait until March to sign up. I am sure there will be some other events, i hope they still have tickets by then.

I signed my family up last night. We are collecting goods for children in foster care. Each person only has to collect 5 items from the list the e-mailed us. We just have to drop them off and will receive our credit.

We are also signed up for project linus for 48x60 2 fleece blankets... Do I just go to the fabric store and buy the fleece and sew the edges???
