Thank you for the lovely welcome and, Beth, NO need to tidy up for little ol' me (though if anyone wants to volunteer to tidy up my house after a weekend alone with the kids...)

Also, I'm probably better off not knowing what's going on for the MANcation in Vegas. They don't drink and gamble there, do they?

I have some sad news to report. I lost my job on Thursday. I spend the past couple of days figuring out it if would be possible to take this trip. Unless a miracle happens, its not looking like it But keep your fingers crossed and hope that some pixie dust finds it way to me.

Funny, thing it that I am not really sad about the job. I only stayed because I really had a blast with my co-workers. But in the past couple of months, some people started doing underhanded things and I want to set a better example for my children. For my health, it was the best thing that could of happened.

I think now I just going to look for some part time work and enjoy being a mommy.

And I was hoping you would get to wear the new flip flops!!! Oh well, it's not like you can't wear them now in CA. My DDs both think living in AZ means it's flip flop weather all the time! They hardly wear anything else (besides their clothes, of course).

I just wanted to let you guys know that my first concert was New Kids on the Block. My mom took my sister and I. In HS I went with my parents to see Areosmith. That was a blast. I've been to Wango Tango a few times. It's an all day concert put on my KIIS FM and they usually have the one hit wonders of the the time there. But it is fun. I've seen Reba, Weird Al a few times, hmm..oh Brad Paisly, I think that's all.

New Kids on the Block! You are young. I used to listen to KIIS all the time and remember the promos for Wango Tango. When I lived in Burbank, I also listened to Star 98.7 with Jamie and Danny in the mornings. I was bummed when he went off the air. I liked them together.

Okay... I have you all beat. My first concert was the Backstreet Boys. I know!!! I was 19, and they were just so darn cute! I did however just about get knocked the heck out by some little teeny bopper.

Besides Billy, I have seen Pat Benator, The Pretenders, Cyndi Lauper, John Mellencamp, Spin Doctors, Jimmy Buffet several times, Sting, Michael Stanley Band, The MonKees, and my memory is faulty, cannot come up with any more!!

Oh, since moving to San Diego I saw one adult concert (Sting) and the Wiggles THREE times!!!!!

I need to get out more!!!

My first concert was the Jets with my parents when I was about 13 years old. The first concert I went with friends to was Bon Jovi. I have since seen a ton of concerts over the years. Some in back yards before they were famous. Most of the concerts were from my early college days though. Last one I saw was Prince when he came through a few years ago.

I saw the Wiggles for the third time last week myself

I can't even remember going to other concerts. I think Day on the Green with the Police and Oingo Boingo was my first concert. Then the Thompson Twins...and some other 80s bands. I'm thinking Willie Nelson was the last concert I saw. Other than the Wiggles.
