Oh Capri, that is just awesome about the Carrie Underwood tix. I'll bet she does a great show and your DS will be enthralled.

My very first concert was Barry Manilow in 1977. I have loved him ever since. Seeing him in Vegas is definitely on my list of things to do.

While staying in Palm Springs last year, DH & I took DD to see Tom Jones at the McCallum theater. The only song she knew was the one Carlton sang on Fresh Prince , but we all really enjoyed the show.

When she was 16 (around 2002) we took her and her BF in a limo to see Britney Spears at the Staples Center. Britney was really hot then and we all just had the best time ever. Poor girl, her life is in shambles now.

And Lisa, I am so sorry you cannot make it, we will miss you.

Hi ladies. I made PS ressies for a table of 6 at 2:40 pm on Sunday. Perfect timing for the parade. The problem is, they only will do one table of 6 per seating.

I'm having Steph make a reservation for a 4-top, and I need one other person to make a reservation for another 4-top (providing one extra spot just in case someone else decides to join us spontaneously).

Anyone available to make that call tonight? Please???

I have some sad news to report. I lost my job on Thursday. I spend the past couple of days figuring out it if would be possible to take this trip. Unless a miracle happens, its not looking like it But keep your fingers crossed and hope that some pixie dust finds it way to me.

Funny, thing it that I am not really sad about the job. I only stayed because I really had a blast with my co-workers. But in the past couple of months, some people started doing underhanded things and I want to set a better example for my children. For my health, it was the best thing that could of happened.

I think now I just going to look for some part time work and enjoy being a mommy.

I am sorry to hear that. I'm sure you're going to enjoy your time with your kids.

No, but I will if no one else steps up. Steph and I both got the same res agent, and I'm nervous she will recognize my voice since I spoke with her for such a long time.

I'll probably just wait till tomorrow morning to make sure I get a different agent.
