Ghost Hunters Thread & Personal Ghost Experiences & other Paranormal Talk.

By the end of the show? I'd be hammered in about 20 or 30 minutes! :lmao:

Well they seemed to be getting alot of tapping in response to questions and some on its own in the lighthouse.

I thought it was good but it wasnt as "creepy" as some have been.

what did everybody else think?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohfocjCX2sc look at this and see what you think?
Interesting. :scratchin Seeing stuff like that really makes you wonder and question what is happening. With the way things are today, you can't take anything at face value.

I will still watch, since I like the show, the investigators and the fact that they go in trying to debunk stuff. This show seems so much more legitimate then all the others that are out there.

There was a voice they could hear on last night's show? Is it just me, or are they getting LOTS of amazing "evidence" this season. Almost too good to be true?
My DH and I were talking about that also. Seems like when they first came out a lot of the places they went to would have nothing happening, or if something did happen it wasn't caught on tape, evp or recorders. It was just personal experience.

Now though, it seems like ever place they are visiting there is evidence. Voices, things moving or being thrown, evps. Why the sudden upsurge in activity? You can't help but wonder if someone is "helping" them.

The only thing my DH and I could think of that would explain it is that in the beginning they just did local stuff. Residences, restaurants, a lighthouse and now they are going to more historical places that have a long and often bloody or sordid past and therefore has more of a chance for something to haunt it. :confused3

Yes, Ghost Adventurers blows. I hate how they act all tough and start taunting the "ghosts" then when they hear a little noise, they get all scared. It is so funny!

I haven't watched any of the Ghost Adventurers yet. What channel are they on? I will have to DVR an episode or 2 to watch sometime.

Does anyone know if that Brian guy is going to be on Ghost Hunters International? He gets on my nerves.

I am not positive, but he was on the commerical for GHI :confused3

he drives me nuts but so does that lead guy Rob, it did look like there was a couple new people, I know I seen a different girl.

It's on the Travel Channel usually on Friday nights. They showed the original 2 hour show that started the series last night. It's a good episode and hopefully they'll repeat it again.

I renamed the title of the thread to hopefully draw more stories and paranormal talk. Here's what the first post looks like now:

Anyone ever listen to their podcasts (Beyond Reality Radio or TAPS family Radio?) Thoughts?

Didn't anyone watch the season premiere of GHI? Andy is gone so I thought some people would be pleased. I thought it was a good show.

I did, I was glad Brian seems to be gone as well!!

all in all I thought it was a good episode, Rob didnt even bug me as much as he did before.

Good location and results!

Brian is too full of drama. I can handle all of the members now except that one girl has an annoying voice. The new girl (why am I so bad with names?!!!) seems nice. She sure is a tiny little thing which might come in handy in some places!

I thought this episode was one of the better ones for GHI. Hoping the rest are as good.

DH and I watched last night and actually enjoyed the episode. I thought the video with the small boy reflected in the glass of the display case was pretty convincing. At first, not so much because it seemed it could just be a reflection off the items within the case, but when I went back and saw what was in the case, it really did seem to be a small boy and not the coat that was hanging up higher in that end of the case.

I was pretty annoyed by the voice. But she doesn't seem to excite too easily. And I am very relieved that Andy is gone. I liked the interaction between Rob and the film crew. They said he 'flipped out' and he corrected them saying he was 'startled!"
