I could be wrong, but didnt at the end of Ghost Hunters last week it said "all new in episode in two weeks"

I remember thinking it made sense since, the next wed was the night before Thanksgiving

the whole halloween thing does drive me crazy, but as I stated before I like the show and will still watch.

I did see the post the other day and wondered also about the grant/jason trust thing.....I would say if it was truly faked the BOTH knew and BOTH had a hand in it, not just one or the other, just my 2 cents~

And I am soooooooo glad someone else thinks that Ghost Adventures is immpossible to watch!
OMG that guy is like nails on a chalkboard, he threatens "everything" then screams like a girl at the slightiest thing, dude really dude, I mean come on dude, dude really!!!!!!!!

I tried again last night, loved the idea of the location, but that guy and his Dude and then he screams, and when the other guys scream or jump/run he screams or shhhh's at them to shut up and stay put ...I have a headache when it over.

those guys really need to switch to De-Caf and lay off the Mt Dew/Jolt drinks, dude I mean really dude.

If I heard him shush the others last night one more time I would have flipped. I think it's funny how they catch so much but when Ghost Hunters havebeen in the same place they got nothing. Not last nights show but another location they were in. I watch them more because they really show how much more professional GH are. They don't have to "bleep" out Jason and Grant.

As for Jason over Grant. I trust them both, but trust Jason more just because he looks more trustworthy to me. Maybe if in the past they had found hauntings in every location but they haven't and they don't like to jump on 'yes,this place is haunted" bandwagon really quick I wouldn't be so quik to believe them so much, but due to the past I'll give them a little bit of a break on this one. But if it happens a lot..not so sure how I'll feel.

I watched Ghost Adventures for the first time last night. It was a dvr'd episode from the New Jersey insane asylum. I found it entertaining. I did notice the scream/jump/hush up thing but wasn't really annoyed by it this time. We will see how I feel after a couple more episodes. I was annoyed that they left one guy locked in a vault in the morgue for nearly an hour and 'couldn't find their way back'.

I enjoyed that they didn't do an investigation segment then an evidence review segment. It all ran at the same time, which was refreshing.

I thought they seemed to think a lot of themselves. They are so brave...whatever. It was kind of like a bunch of frat boys doing some pledge stunt, but thinking they are ultra cool the whole time. Then they start screaming like little girls.

Just my take! Thanks to everyone who pointed out this show!

I like Ghost Adventures but you can't take them seriously. Those guys crack me up and I like the format of the show. This one I consider pure entertainment that's not quite as out there as Most Haunted.

As for trusting Jason and Grant, I like both of them personally. Early on, there just seemed something honest and "real" about Jason that I find unusual. It's probably just me but I completely believe him and I'm usually suspicious of everyone on TV.

The "get off my boat/ship" evp was kinda creepy

I was so glad that they stay with the ships for the entire hour, even if was the 2 of them, I just like one location for the hour.

I like the whole 1 location per show too. Yes,the evp was . Usually I can't really understand or make out what those are saying. That one I understood.

If I heard correctly it said next week is the last show of the season.

I hope next week is good, too. Every time they show a clip making it look exciting, they just wind up seeing a bug or something!

I know, I get a little dissappointed when they make it seem like something and it's nothing, but hey I still love the show. I'm kinda sad that it's the season finale already, but i'm with all you I hope its a good one.

This might be a silly question... but are the older seasons out on dvd already? If so I think I might ask for them for Christmas

Yep, they sure are. DH buys them for me for whatever holiday is close to their release date.

Ok, I'm up early and looking for some entertainment so I am watching Ghost Adventures on my Tivo. I can't help it - I think these guys are hysterical!!

That sounds so typical of them. I can't help it, I like them as silly as they are.

Ghost adventurers were a hoot last night. The whole snake thing had me laughing. "OMG Dude...look there! It's like Indian Jones, the whole ground is moving." "I'm going to tackle my fears" then he goes and picks up the snake..my DD and I were laughing. One of these days I'm going to count how many times they say "dude" during the show.

I just posted a whole reply and then when I went to send it said I was not signed in WHICH I was. Okay I will start over.

As to this week's GH it was about a 5 Ghost rating but since the live show I have some doubts about the veracity of the show.

I do have a personal experience.

About a two weeks ago(on a Thursday night) I had a dream about a person named Luigi Mario(fake name b/c the person really exists). He had a very ethnic Italian name and not one that would come to mind. LM was standing in this kind of empty area against a wall dressed in a gray double breasted suit holding out his arms and greeting people who were in line. When I woke up I said the name over and over and vaguely remembered it from somewhere. I went to school the next day and told my friends. They said he used to be a teacher in my system years ago but that it was way before my time. I told them the dream and they said I was nuts! The following Monday we get an e mail that LM's wife died. It said she had died on the previous Friday! I had my dream sometime on Thursday night into Friday day.

I need to make this perfectly clear, I have no idea who this guy is. Possibly I heard his name mabye 20 years ago but there is not connection between us at all and he moved away from the area also.

I now understand the dream, LM was greeting people at his wife's wake !. The thing is no one in our system has even heard from this guy in YEARS!!

The best part of this dream is that this time I had verification because, I came to school three days before we were given the information and told my friends about the dream. The funny part was I could not shake it when it happened and I did not know why.

One of my friends came up to me and said, "If you dream of my husband greeting people in a line let me know so I can get my affairs in order."

As for Ghosthunters, I have that little tickle of doubt too. I just plan to enjoy the show as entertainment and hope that it's for real.

Personally, I'm looking forward to GHI. I know that many don't like some of the people on the show but I love the places they visit! I hope that Destination Truth comes back soon too. I miss Josh and that weird gameshow on in DT's place isn't going to last IMO. I like the host though and hope that he sticks around in some way.
