What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Interesting. This is yet another dish I've never heard of, but may need to try. :teeth:
Just broccoli, red onion and sweet potatoes cut up.....topped with some olive oil and backed until done until tender and then crack some eggs in holes you make , cook for awhile. Top with some cheese and finish baking until eggs are done to you liking.

Sounds good & easy. My favorite kind of recipe. Thanks

I just used Traeger rub on a nice skin on and bone in, turkey breast...wrapped it up tight in plastic and it's going to get happy in the fridge for a few hours, before I throw it on the grill. Sides - golden mashed potatoes, gravy made from the turkey drippings and a big green salad. My veggie garden keeps pumping out produce and we keep eating it!!!

When I was little my dad had a huge garden. We always had tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, green beans, corn, and radishes. That’s all I can remember may have been more.
I guess I didn’t get the green thumb genes. 🤣

birthday night for the oldest here so the chosen menu-

pasta saladS- 2 different types
jambalaya-from scratch (started the defrosting and prep work thursday)
homemade sundried tomato/asiago sourdough bread.

salads are done, sourdough is done (thanks to dh), going to start the cooking process of the jambalaya in about 15 minutes (i'm making almost a triple batch-it's so time consuming/it freezes well/oldest can take leftovers home).
