Is the $310 without tax? I just booked with AP rate at Poly for $325 without tax per night for regular season. I am assuming Oct. 19 is regular season? So, if that is the case I would have saves a little more but I already have tickets for all but 2 of us and I am not crazy about booking a package b/c of the restrictions. anyway, now I have an excuse to go back before the year is up!!!!

Yes that includes tax. and it is during regular season.

No codes for POR 11/6-11/11 according to my TA. I called WDW direct and they said no codes for moderates. Anyone having luck for this week? Should I call again or be happy with what I have got?

I had one room paid in full at Pop for seven night, four adults, for $1816. With the code, now I have two rooms (two adults per room) for $1674. I have a credit of $142. That was more than I expected with the code and I'm very happy.

I got POR this morning for 11/3-11/11, but I was playing online 10 minutes ago to see what else was out there and the only mod it would give me was CBR, no POR. You could use the code it looks like, but you'd have to move.

12/5-12/8 (the no-no time frame, but got it!)...at CBR
2AD, 1C 7 day park hoppers (we are at the Dolphin the other 4 nights)

Originally, $1309.24
with ZBG (no dining) now $1054.34

Just an FYI....if you are only doing a FEW nights, (depends on many things, of course..including WHERE you are staying)....if you can't get the package, look into AAA room rates and using the discount link from mousesavers for tickets.....for this same period, that would cost us $1077.30 (not much more than the new package).

I think if you click on the link that says Make Payment, it will show you your balance. (You don't have to actually go through with making the payment). That's what I remember anyway- not at home to look up my own ressie.

Hmm... under the "invoice" it only says terms and conditions... nothing about make a payment. is it because it's room only?

Amy&Dan- Thanks for all that info. POP is looking more attractive all the time due to the discount and your positive info. I have to wait til tomorrow now to see what the TA says as she did not reply to my last email this afternoon- probably strapped for time due to all this switching! Thanks again for helping a newbie get to WDW sane!

I just got off the phone with Disney Reservations. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults with MYW park hopper and dining for $3928.52 through AAA at All Star Sports from 12/8 until 12/17. Cost with the new code for the same reservation is $3400. Needless to say, I'm cancelling my AAA reservation. I did have to change to Pop Century, but I could care less, considering I'm saving $500.

We are staying at CBR for 10 nights with 10 day park hopper and dining.

Package total was $4323.40 with no code

Package total is $3890.20 with ZBH code

Was on hold for about 10 mins and was disconnected.
Called right back and on hold again about 10 mins.

CM on the phone said there were only courtyard view available.

I am able to book a pkg incl Woods View Room for my dates online.

Will I be able to apply the code to these reservations if I book then call back and speak to a CM?

Probably not. They set aside a certain number of rooms in each category that the code will apply to. Just because the rooms are available does not mean that the code will work for them. That doesn't mean that a room with a code available might not open up that is woods view, but of course there would be no guarantees.

I just checked with the code applied and unfortunatelt the reservations system is hiccuping again. I'll keep trying, I'm bored at work. How many people and ages?

Edit: All I got was Courtyard as well.

For those of you who are being told that there is no availability for the resorts you want, KEEP TRYING.

I called this evening for a standard room at Pop and was told with the code, all that was available was preferred. I said how about Movies, and again, only preferred available. She said standards were available at Music and Sports, but I really wanted Pop, and I really wanted the standard room, not the preferred, so I was very disappointed, and wasn't really sure WHAT to do as I hadn't anticipated any problems with this as my trip is in early December and I know that's a low crowd time of year. I told her I'd need to think about what to do and call back.

Someone mentioned the website code -- I went online after getting off the phone to compare some prices, and found the ZAW code listed on the main page at Disney's site. I tried to book with this code and it said the code was no longer valid (although it had said good through 9/30 and I was just on Disney's website yesterday and this code wasn't there then!)

So I thought perhaps with ZAW there would be a standard room at Pop available, and maybe it was an error on the website that said it was no longer valid, so I called Disney back and asked about the ZAW code, and the guy I got looked it up and said it was an internet only code so I couldn't book with that on the phone, but that it's the exact same discount as the ZBG code. I told him how I'd tried to book with it and the website said it was no longer valid, and he did say he'd heard they were having some problems with the website today so that could be what's going on.

So then without telling him what the girl ten minutes earlier had told me, I said I wanted standard room at Pop and gave him my dates, and he came up with it right away, no problem.

So I got my standard at Pop after all, and with the code, when I subtracted the cost of our tickets, it came to only 62.50 a night AFTER taxes!

So if you're being told no availability for what you want on the code, I don't know if they're lying to try to get you to book something more expensive, or if they're just mistaken, or if people are changing their ressies around so much that in that ten minute time period, a standard really did just become available, but you might want to keep trying, as it paid off for me!

The only weird thing is that, instead of taking $200.00 as a deposit, it only takes $189 or so.

I like to book online and be able to check out all of my options. We booked two rooms at ASMU, December 16-19, preferred location, with the dining plan and one base ticket each - $571 per room. It's a $101 per room saving off of the "rack" rate. We would have booked the AP rate, but really wanted the DDP.

Got a little freaked out this morning.

I went online to check my ressie, as I do every morning. I noticed that before I applied the ZBH code to my ressie the online info said...

Magic Your Way with Dining

But after I had the code applied yesterday, it doesn't say anything about the Package I purchased. So...I quickly called Disney fearing that the CM had accidentally applied the ZBG (no dining) discount code instead of the ZBH code. The CM this morning assured me that my package is still Magic Your Way with Dining and that the correct (ZBH) code was applied. It's just that now that I am on the Discount package, it doesn't show up on the website the same as before.

Just thought I'd pass this info along in case anybody else noticed the same thing and freaked out like me. Just to be on the safe side, I will be calling again in about a week to make sure I have the dining package. Also, I should be getting an updated reservation confirmation in the mail, as I have twice before the previous two times I altered my ressie.
