Ok..caught up from everything today! We are busy having a garage sale this weekend so haven't been able to keep up all day!

Welcome to any new cruisers!

Also..we are in need of atleast one more person to do a SM if anyone out there is thinking about it!

Thanks!

Might have another family joining us that would like to do this. We are meeting with them to discuss everything and get her signed onto disboards

It was easy to book ... just had to pay for it :rotfl2:

It comes with up to 6 guest but we got nobody ... :confused3

I should have guessed!

Sorry to hear that your family members couldn't make it. It is very generous of you to open it up to all of us to witness such a special event. Would love to attend but I have 20 other cruisers hanging off me!

Ten pages in two days, wow! Welcome to all of our new cruisers!

We took DGS, DS & DDIL to Monterey Friday & Saturday and enjoyed going through the Monterey Aquarium, beautiful weather too.

As for the room tour, you can add us if anyone is interested in seeing a Cat. 7 secret verandah (7620).

Update Update!!

Cabo ~ Whale Watching

The catamaran is FULL!!!

Just wanted everyone to know.

ps....please forgive me if I haven't up dated the listed or responded to you yet, I will, promise. I have had a lot on my plate the past few days with my family.

Well back from Disneyland and ElecTRONica. It was cool. The nine minutes they showed were cool. It did lack in action though bit still enough stuff to really wet my appetite. Flynns arcade was cool. Here is the facade

It was filled with games from the '80s and '80s music playing inside. All the games were one token and one token equaled a quarter. The token makes for a very nice and cheap souvenir. I will post one side of it in my next post.

Alright here is a pic of one side of the token I was talking about.

Well on to packing. Still also trying to figure out what route to take. Ugh, sometimes this free flying thing is not all it is cracked up to be.

I did find a dress I really like! When you looked on did it look nice? I sure hope so .... We sure have waited long enough ... :lmao:
It did look nice, although, I didnt watch it it seems such a private thing to watch.
Just got home from taking homecoming pictures before the kids went out to eat before the dance They looked so nice. Could not have had more perfect weather, it almost seems like summer.

I sent you a PM. I know what you mean about not having family there. When we did ours our daughters were not able to go and a couple that we are good friends with came on the cruise but they were both very sick the day we were doing it. So it was just my husband and myself but the crew on the Princess were great and they made it very special. So I am sure with the Disney magic it will be special for you too.

Very handsome indeed! Our local homecoming was this weekend as well - PERFECT weather, for both the game as well as the dance last night. I can remember having to wear a winter coat to go and take pictures of Drew some years.

Have a great day everyone!

My Mom called this am and told me she got my birthday present early. Like almost 2 months. She got me a Kindle 3g! She is going to bring it to Disney in less than 2 weeks! Only 1 week left to work until vacation! Last night was bad did not get home until 130am~ Never done Palo before but have signed up for Manzanillo. Mom has never done DCL do you think she will like it?:cool2:

What a fantastic birthday present. I got a Sony Reader for my birthday last year and I love it. I love to read and this way, I can have a whole library in my purse.

:wave2: Corinna,

With a little bit of "Magic" :wizard:, I was able to re-book this cruise. I'm actually looking forward to quiet time WITHOUT the kids! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Meaning, I just re-booked. Now I understand Dan's comment, a regular reunion.

BTW, Dan! Glad to sail with you again! LOL

I am glad that you were able to book this. I can't believe that we discarded the idea of doing this cruise when they first came out because of the cost and then end up booking this at the 11th hour.

I am a little nervous about doing such a long cruise on the Wonder. I have only been on the Wonder once and that was in 2008. On the Magic, I know a lot of the crew by now, but I doubt I will recognize anybody on the Wonder. Still, I am sure it will be an amazing cruise and having people around that I have previously met is a real bonus.

We are renewing our vows on this cruise (never had a wedding ... ran off to the JOP). However, none of our family can join us due to time of year and length of cruise. We would love to have 6 people join us. It is gonna be on the first formal night (usually around 4:30). Mickey will be joining us .. LOL

Congratulations on doing your vow renewal. We are also doing a vow renewal on the Wonder next year, but on our Mexican Riviera Cruise in October. In 2008, we were lucky enough to attend a vow renewal on the Wonder for one of the couple on our cruise meet thread and it was truly magical. They were supposed to have theirs on deck 7, but because of high winds, it was moved to Cadillac Lounge at the last minute. Do you have a planning journal?

Hi Corinna! Its nice to see more familiar faces on this cruise. Hope you enjoyed the WBTA

Belinda, nice to see you on here. I hope that this time round we actually get to meet in person.

I would love to join in with Secret Mickey. I was so upset when I realized that I missed the cut off date. I have done this twice now and had so much fun.

I worked on the premises that the best remedy for post-vacation depression is planning the next one. I rang DVC Member Services yesterday and booked our room for the night before the cruise. To my immense surprise, the only studio that was available was a standard view studio at Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo House) so I grabbed this. I also managed to get a reservation for dinner at Sanaa. So things are starting to come together. I have to book us some flights next week and seriously start thinking about FE gifts and magnets.

Corinna

Good Morning, Happy Cruisers!

I have updated the first page to reflect this new information.

Will we make 250 pages by the end of the day? By the end of the week?

Thread # 4 is ready and waiting to go . . . :woohoo:

Best get working on it then eh?
I cant think of anything to say:rolleyes1
Not like me, I know!

This page is almost 12 hours old - we can do better than that!

I am off to make my lunch - chicken casserole but I have cook the chicken first so if I want to eat at a reasonable lunchtime hour, I best get cracking.

Sounds good! I started lunch last night. I was still up after midnight so I decided to start a roast on slow in the crockpot. It's smelling really yummy in here now and we can eat anytime now. Probably wait an hour but it's nice to have it ready with little effort.

That smell would send my beagles into oblivion.

Oh YUM! I would have had to eat it for breakfast though as I am just not that disciplined - which you will all get once you see me.

Beagles - I would have gotten there first.

OK, got my lunch into the oven so another 20 minutes or so and I can eat.

I still have to get my first cup of tea and breakfast and you guys are talking about lunch. :rotfl:

We are going to see the Legends of the Guardians tomorrow (kids have a day off school). The animation seems amazing from what I have seen.

I wouldn't rule out seeing some of your familiar faces of CMs from the Magic on board this cruise on the Wonder. Mike and I were on the Magic in January this year and both our server, assistant server, and favorite drink serve by the pool confirmed to us that they will be on this PC Cruise. Apparently a lot of CMs are switching over to the Wonder for the CA/AK itineraries. We loved those three CMs and we are hoping that nothing changed between January and this cruise and that they'll still be on board!

? for past PC cruisers.

If we want to send postcards from Panama Canal, how do we do it? Do we have to bring postcards with us, or do they sell Panama Canal postcards on the ship? Do we need to bring stamps? or can they be purchased onboard? Do they set up a special mailbox or do we just drop off at Guest Services on canal day to get postcards cancelled and mailed from canal?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer these questions.
