Let me tell you the experience i just had at my KFC... I took my coupon printed from the Oprah site through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago. i should have been tipped off when I was the only car in line. I told the person I had one of these coupons and wanted to order a tea as well. She said pull around- as soon as i got to the window she GRABBED the paper out of my hand in while I was in mid-sentence barked at me "I won't accept this- its a duplicate!" I said 'how is it a duplicate? i got it off the Oprah website last night?" She said she has 15 of them already today with the SAME numbers and cannot take them unless they are different numbers. I told her again that that is what the Oprah site printed off and that I didn't realize there would be a problem, but she could care less. She was VERY rude and said 'well, if you think I'm lying then I 'll go get them to show you!" I told her that wasn't necessary and drove off. I was so stunned at the treatment I received it never occured to me until I was down the road to ask for a manager. I did not want the food anymore, but I did want them to know that they have lost a customer now. I will not return to that restaurant. There is no excuse. She could have used the same amount of energy to nicely explain why they could not accept them. I would have treated her the same as I did. With courtesy and respect- and I probably still would have ordered the food and the tea. I am off to look for an 800 #. I never call customer service over bad service, but this was over the top.
