I used 2 of mine tonight. Everything was fine. We enjoyed the chicken. Mine have the same numbers on them, and they took them with no issues at all. I have 2 more.

If you are having problems, check out Oprah's website, there are explanations and numbers to call, etc for alot of different problems people are having. I just printed some of it out to take with me tonight. One of the things it mentions is that "all the PDF coupons downloaded from Oprah.com on the evening of May 5 have the same bar code". Sounds like they are working through a lot of problems. HTH

Yes, this is correct... all Oprah site coupons print with the same number and even though I tried to talk with the worker about it she still kept yelling at me through the KFC window. Guess she was just ignorant of the KFC deal.

Ugh I just tried printing it and it said all my prints were used! I never even tried printing it yet...

I printed mine off yesterday, then today I looked at them and realized they all have the same UPC (a generic one - 0012 34, etc)! I was afraid that they would not allow me to use them (even though it says it is okay on the website), so I called the 800 number and got through to a recording.

It said if you had problems printing your coupons you should email your full name and mailing address to:

kfccoupon@sertec.com

1st Try I got you have already printed yours.

2nd Try it printed 3 out at one time. So I wanted a 4th.

3rd Try: you have already printed yours

all subsequent tries go between the you have already printed yours, or it acts like it is printing but doesn't and thanks me for getting my coupon.

Now I know it CAN work because it did. I have checked and my printer is fine. So now I am just I need one more to feed my family of 4!

I did send an email to the address for problems.

There are reports coming from all over the country about people not being able to use them (stores won't honor them) or of stores modifying the deal (only 1 piece of chicken, only 1 side, or making you pay for the sides). Also, be sure that your four coupons have different serial numbers - apparently if they end in 1234, they are not valid (different serial numbers were produced when you downloaded the coupon printer - which I understand gets caught as adware/spyware in many anti-virus/malware programs)

Don't get it...the chicken is like it's deep fried without the breading and then thrown on a grill to give it the grill lines. Absolutely gross and not healthy at all!

Ours had identical upcs and our KFC took them without a problem. However, it seems everyone in America was at our KFC to get their free dinner as it took forever.
But hey, free dinner and it was good too!!!

Thank you!! Worked great and I printed 4 coupons. I wanted to try this chicken anyway and now I can do it for free! I wish I had seen this earlier as I would have sent it to a few family members.

Went and got mine tonight. Even a homeless man was in there- where did he get the coupon? Actually he screamed that he had been waiting an hour and left.

A lot of people were getting annoyed so the KFC workers were giving away their meals. Walked in to just get mine and walked out with 3! My DH was a happy camper when I got home

Nope. My KFC/A&W took the coupon with no problem. I called beforehand to make sure. Didn't want another disappointment like Quizno's. I had already eaten dinner. So, I told DH I would pick up some chicken for him. He is real lucky I didn't eat his dinner. It smelled sooooooo good.lol. I'm going back tomorrow to get my own.

DH and I went to our local KFC and on the door was posted a sign saying they would not honor the coupon.

This is even though they ARE listed as a participating restaurant in the list on the KFC website!
