Well I found our credits! I have been going to the account several times a day for the last almost 2 weeks. It lists no credits!
Out of sheer frustration last night I hit the "account history" button and it showed all the missing credits on 1/29!

I go to convert the credits into vouchers and it says no credits! What the heck!
I call Air Tran and they had closed 15 minutes before! So I called first thing this morning and explain to them that I have been waiting and I am afraid that the flights I want are now booked but I need access to my credits. The lady hits some button and goes Okay your credits are there now. Call back when you have your voucher numbers to book the flights.
I admit I was disappointed, not even an "I'm sorry!" no doubt a "Let's see if we can't get you the flights you wanted since it was through no fault of your own the you were delayed in your booking by 2 weeks!"
I also asked for you Billie and she said that oh yeah a Billie used to work in here! Yikes I hope all is okay!
So I called back about 40 seconds later,with my voucher numbers and booked the last 4 of our flights. As I suspected all the day time flights are gone. We leave MCO at almost 9 PM and we do not get into the airport until the wee hours of the next day!
Oh well at least they were not lost and we do not have to walk back from Disney!
So if anyone else is looking for missing credits try the history button in your account and see if they are there.
