Magnesium 400mg every other day

Flax Seed (cold milled ground/don't think the pills work the same on me)

I should probably take a calcium pill

I tried Magnesium - not sure if they were bothering me after taking them about three days so I stopped. Is there a good time to take them? Night/day/meal - I should google :rolleyes:
 
Nope, 40+ yr old adult. I have difficulty swallowing larger pills, though, and needed the iron boost. The Vitamin C + iron combo in the Complete formulation helps with the absorption of the iron.
I take these as well. Regular vitamins make me nauseous and these do not.
 
Outside of the meds that I take for my health issues, I take zinc, D3, fire cider, a multi vitamin, and cinnamon pills

I take all of these in the morning after I eat something.
 
Definitely D3 and K2 which prevents calcium in your bones and no leeching. Zinc, Magnesium, and Vit C.
 
I know this is an older thread, but I noticed many taking. vitamin D3. I thought you were supposed to take K2 with D3 so the calcium goes to your bones and not your arteries. Is that what others have heard? I plan to ask my dr. at my next visit.
 
Yes The K2 keeps the calcium in your bones by activating a protein that keeps the calccium where it needs to be and nOT in our arteries (walls) and blood.
Should be taken with D3.
